Here is how to create an IAM Role to support AWS Case Open.
The process is to create a Role for health checks and case handling for customer support, and to allow that role to the Bespin Global Account.
The permissions of a role created through CloudFormation are shown below, and there is nothing that can affect the service.
- ReadOnlyAccess (Read Only Access for all)
- SupportUsers (Permission to write on Support Center)
