[Certificate error message and certificate unavailable while using AWS ACM SSL/TLS]
1. AWS ACM SSL/TLS Certificate Service Scope
AWS ACM services the latest version, the latest operationg system, and the latest updated brower first.

2. AWS ACM SSL/TLS Certificate service restriction scope
There are no restrictions on the OS in the AWS ACM.
There is a limit on the number of ACMs.

3. Certificate Error Messages and Certificate unavailable trouble shooting.
[CA Root Certificate Enrollment]
"There is not enough information to verify this certificate."
This error message may indicate that you have registered a personal certificate, but the 'Trusted Root Certification Authority' certificate is not registered.
a) Select the Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates > Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab.
Click Import, and then browse to the CA root certificate.
b) Select 'Save all certificates in next store' and select 'Trusted Root Certification Authority'.
c) If a warning message appears, press Yes to proceed.
d) Once the registration is complete, verify that the certificate is working properly.
[Request for an Authorized Certificate]
We recommend using the ACM to request an Authorized Certificate
* Request an Authorized Certificate using the Console
a) Log in to the AWS Management Console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/acm/home and run the ACM console.
b) Select Certificate Request.
c) On the Certificate Request page, select Authorized Certificate Request and Certificate Request.
d) On the Add Domain Name page, type a domain name.
e) To add a different name, select Add another name to this certificate and type a name in the text box.
f) On the Select a verification method page, select DNS verification or email verification as needed.
g) On the Add Tag page, you can optionally tag a certificate.
Tags are key/value pairs that act as metadata for identifying and configuring AWS resources.
h) If the Review page contains correct information about the request, select OK.
The confirmation page shows that the request is being processed and that the certificate domain is being validated.
Certificates waiting for verification are displayed as pending validation status.
