[How to set up AWS S3 Bucket Public Access]
1) Bucket Settings
Uncheck the following two items to create a Public object accessible to all external users.
Manage public access control lists for the bucket
- Block new public ACLs and uploading public objects
- Remove public access granted through public ACLs.
2) Enable static file public access
You can set the static files that exist or are created in the following order.
Overview -> Check the objects file, then Actions -> Make public
3) Using the automatic Make Public policy afterwards
a. Copy the ARN address and edit it as follow :
PATH is a subfolder concept and, if omitted, presents an automatic Make Public policy throughout the bucket.
b. Create Json through the Policy Generator.
Select S3 Bucket Policy
- Principal : *
- AWS Service : S3
- Action : GetObject
- ARN : ARN address previously edited + /*
Select Add Status Button
c. Converts the generated policy to JSON.
Select [Generate Policy] and copy the policy.
You can access the objects that you upload files from now.
