[ELB Access Log Intermittent Deactivation Issue]
1. ELB access log is not automatically disabled.
You need to check if someone has disabled it manually or has not been set to a command, etc.
2. Please refer to the link below to re-active the ELB access log,
and if the issue re-occurs within 24 to 48 hours, it needs to be opened the case in AWS,
so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
