[How to register cross-account resources with DNS records]
You can manually perform the task by pasting the FQDN value(aws provided endpoint) of the Account2 resource you wish to register into a section A(Alias) record.
Copy and paste the aws resource endpoint of Account2 into Route 53 record of Account1.
If Account1 has a hosted zone of domain example.com, and the CloudFront deployment in Account2 is 'bespinglobal.cloudfront.net',
you can generate the following record set from Account1's Route 53 HZ console.
subdomain.example.com A(Alias) 300 bespinglobal.cloudfront.net
